Applications and payments are made on vGen (Order Form link below). Commissions will be started only after full or partial payment.

Once the application is sent, please allow up to 1 week for me to review and contact you through your preferred method. If your commission request is accepted, I will offer you a slot under a certain month.

Client must provide at least one reference for each character, unless it is a full character design commission.

Complex details may result in additional fees. These may include, but are not limited to: clothing with many layers/accessories/ornaments, intricate tattoos, wings, heavy armor.

NSFW commissions will not be livestreamed nor be posted to social media by me. (You may still post it yourself and tag me)

I may decline the commission for any reason

Minting my artworks as NFT (non-fungible token)

Using my artworks for AI learning purposes. Do not upload any of my artworks to AI sites or algorithms.

Commissions under $100 must be paid full upfront. For larger commissions, payment plans may be discussed.

For Vtuber models and larger commissions, I request a 10% deposit (non-refundable unless I am unable to start your commission) to secure your slot. The remaining 90% will be invoiced to you at the end of the previous month.

The minimum required payment must be sent within 48 hours after receiving the invoice, unless agreed upon otherwise. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours of incompletion, your slot will be removed.

Once the artwork is complete, you may request up to 3 minor revisions, unless I am at fault.

Please request any major revisions during the sketch phase.

Small commissions (usually under $200): 1-3 weeks

Large commissions (usually between $200-$800): 2-5 weeks

Vtuber (depends heavily on type): 1-4 months

may use the commissioned Live2D model for livestreams and social media, for commercial purposes

must credit me (rolleybun) as the artist and/or rigger in your social media or streaming platform bio.

Altering or editing the model without my permission (by the client or another artist)

Redistributing or posting the model files on public domain

Reselling the model

Any commission once started, and before the sketch approval may be refunded for 50% of the total price

Once a commission's sketch is approved, it is no longer refundable

A full refund may only be granted if the commission has not been started, I am unable to complete the order, or past the promised delivery time.
