I reserve the right to decline the commission for any reason

I retain full ownership of commissioned artworks

I may use commissioned artworks to promote myself, livestream progress, or post completed works or WIPs (Work in Progress) to my social media unless an NDA is in place

Complex details may result in increased price. This may include, but are not limited to: clothing with many layers/accessories/ornaments, intricate tattoos, several objects in background, etc.

REGULAR / LIVE2D ILLUSTRATION commission prices are listed for Personal Use

EMOTES / VTUBER / CHARACTER DESIGN commission prices include Monetized Content commercial rights

Profile pictures, thumbnails, icons or banners

Posting to social media (with credit to artist)

Create a physical product out of it as long as it is not for sale

Reserve rights to your character, but may not claim the artwork as your own

Are prohibited from editing, changing or modifying the delivered artwork in any way without the Artist's permission

May not resell the delivered artwork without the Artist's permission

Are prohibited from minting my artworks as NFT (non-fungible token)

Are prohibited from the usage of AI on any of my artworks. This includes but is not limited to:

Payments must be made upfront and are accepted through Wise or PayPal invoice in USD

Payment plans are available for large commissions over $1000 upon request. On time payments ensure your commission will not be delayed. Excessively late payments may result in a cancellation (no refunds on already made payments)

The minimum required payment must be sent within 48 hours after receiving the invoice, unless agreed upon otherwise. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours of incompletion, your slot will be removed

Tips are not necessary, but greatly appreciated!

Clients may set a deadline for their commission on the application form, before any payment is made

For deadlines that are tighter than the expected turnaround time, a rush order may be requested starting at +30% of the total price

Small commissions (usually under $500): 1-3 weeks

Large commissions (usually between $500-$1000): 3-6 weeks

Live2D commissions (varies heavily depending on type and complexity): 2-6 months

Once your commission request is received, I will contact you to discuss further details and send an invoice

After payment is made, please allow up to 1 week for the initial draft review. I may either send you several sketches followed by a colored draft or just the colored draft depending on the commission type. Please request any major revisions at this stage of the commission as they will no longer be allowed once the draft is approved

Updates past this point will be provided once noticeable progress is made, or client may choose to request them

Final delivery will be made through a private Google Drive link. Minor revisions within reason or any corrections of mistakes made on my part can be requested for free. Major changes will not be accepted at this stage, and excessive requests for minor changes will incur a fee.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited

Any commission once started, and before the sketch approval may be refunded for 50% of the total price

Once a commission's sketch is approved, it is no longer refundable

A full refund may only be granted if the commission has not yet been started, I am unable to complete the order, or past the promised deadline.
